For instance, if a property is valued at £500,000 but we aim to guide it at £550,000, we alert our database first. This ensures the best price for sellers and optimal outcomes for tenants. Buy-to-let landlords benefit by avoiding the usual hassle of tenant searches and void periods. To join, clients can register via our website or receive details through WhatsApp or text. Once registered, they are allocated to specific audiences, such as those seeking buy-to-let opportunities or properties in particular areas.
