Allen handled the sale of the house we bought in Sept 2021. Although they weren’t acting for us, they were always approachable, courteous and helpful in our dealings with them, chivvying along the vendors’ solicitors and principally arranging viewings (bear in mind we were not fully out of Covid then). As they were also the letting agency for the house, before it was marketed for sale, they were also of help in forwarding mail for the tenants that had occupied the house and other sundry questions
