From the dining room of the house to our large & easily visible office in the centre of Paulton it has been a long & hard road for Allen Residential and its staff . Dealing with a recession just after opening was tough & it taught us a lot about how to do good business & build a solid platform that was resilient & reactive to changes in the market

Allen Residential are celebrating 15 years in business today!!!

From the dining room of the house in the early days to our large & easily visible office in the centre of Paulton it has been a long & hard road for Allen Residential and its staff .

Dealing with a recession just after opening was tough & it taught us a lot about how to do good business & build a solid platform that was resilient & reactive to changes in market forces.

Combined & collectively the Allen Residential staff have the ability to adapt & grow in the most difficult of market places & are well placed to advise their clients best given any circumstance.

Recently as a business we have grown significantly not only in size but also in productivity & indeed last year with the right team in place we celebrated our best year ever!!

James Allen works alongside Damien Hawker on the sales side of the business with Craig Perry & Louise Shaw looking after our rental portfolio which is our current area of growth.

James also specialises in the rental and sale of Commercial property, agricultural land and development sites from single units to larger sites for multiple dwellings working with a large variety of developer clients.
