After many months of hard work, we are now able to announce our expansion via acquisition into the historic city of Wells, Somerset. We will be focusing on Residential sales, residential lettings and commercial property. We already have a 6 strong team based in the city to deal with your various property requirements

After many months of hard work, we are now able to announce our expansion via acquisition into the historic city of Wells, Somerset.

Allen Residential have acquired one of the largest letting agencies in Somerset (Stuarts Residential) who are based in the city with two premises (a high street sales office and an administrative lettings hub) as they look to streamline and grow their business further into the Somerset and surrounding areas.

Whilst initially focusing on the existing residential & commercial rental portfolio we now have structure in place to deal with residential sales in the Wells, Shepton Mallet and surrounding areas.

James who lives locally in Ston Easton will be readily available to meet with clients in Wells as he looks to build on existing client relationships and grow new ones

Allen Residential was established in 2005 in the village of Paulton outlying to both Bath and Bristol to focus on the growing demand from clients wanting to exit the city and enjoy a more rural lifestyle

James comments "as time has passed the demand for a better quality of life has grown and thus our business has grown with it, the expansion into Wells seems a natural progression for our company whos ethos is that of rural and country living"
