Allen Residential strengthen their team further with key appointment
We are delighted to share some exciting news from the Allen Residential team, we have recently welcomed Adam Millar to the business as our new Sales & Lettings Manager, covering our Wells, Street, and Glastonbury offices — and I wanted to make sure you heard it from us directly.
Over the past year or so Allen Residential have been working on strengthening their team in key areas to support their existing clients and cope with the increased volume of business in the Somerset area.
Sales was an area that we were lacking true quality and finding the right person naturally takes time.
Adam will be working as the sales manager based in one of the Wells offices with a focus on growing our sales and lettings presence.
Adam joins us with an impressive 25 years of experience in residential sales and lettings — 19 of those years dedicated specifically to lettings, and over a decade spent at management level. He is a multiple regional award-winner, having been recognised as Top Negotiator across his region in both 2009 and 2010, and brings with him a depth of market knowledge that we know will be of real benefit to our clients.
Whether you are a landlord, a seller, or looking to make your next move, Adam's experience spans every aspect of the residential property market, and his approachable, professional manner has already made him a hugely valued addition to the team.
A Genuine Local
Perhaps most importantly to us, Adam is a true son of Somerset. Having grown up locally and attended Kings of Wessex School in Cheddar, he has an intimate understanding of the communities we serve and the property market across our area. He has worked across Somerset and Bristol throughout his career and still lives locally in Axbridge — so when Adam talks about local property, he really does know what he's talking about.
