This list contains tenants requiring varying sizes of units in different areas and spans the last 10 years, thus when a lease comes due on say a 5 or 3 year break and the client starts looking again, we automatically mail them any suitable units or land that we might have available.
Despite and in addition using marketing platforms like Rightmove (which most other commercial agents do not use due to cost) we also expansively send enquiry traffic to our website, which then automatically registers the clients and gives us a greater chance of finding you a tenant for your unit or land.

In addition and with our various landlord clients we will regularly review the yield the unit or land is generating and review this in an upward manner if so required.
It can often be difficult to gauge say the price per square foot of a unit if nothing has let recently in that area.
However, based on our many years of experience and the incoming tenant enquiries this often allows us to express the price we may achieve from the start, rather than wildly over valuing the unit from the get go.
We also act as rent collecting agents for numerous commercial clients too; whether it be rent, for block/flat management fees or indeed commercial site fees for ongoing maintenance - the payment system we use will automatically demand, collect and pay what is due, leaving you to focus on enjoying your day to day life.
