This is a discreet marketing service whereby we do not actively market your property on the various portals, we instead focus on marketing your property to clients we have registered within our database who are looking ONLY for a 'buy to let' property, thus meaning in many circumstances the tenant (providing the rent and yield are correct) can stay on in the property.
This then results in a quick and efficient sale that does not disrupt the tenant.
The initial starting point for this process is to have a quick meeting with James Allen to discuss existing tenancy terms and potential sales values versus yield with projected timeframe for sale.
Thereafter, we can make a yield calculation based on the value versus the rent and can start to produce a marketing package for your property.
We will produce sales particulars together with a floorplan, overhead drone shots (if required) and some professional marketing material that will attract clients.
We will then distribute the details to our retained database of clients and gather feedback and / or arrange viewings.
