Exciting news with the merger of Stuarts Residential and Allen Residential
Allen Residential are pleased to announce the acquisition of Stuarts Residential in recent weeks to further extend their area of operation deeper into Somerset. The amalgamation of the two firms will now see Allen Residential as one of the largest independent lettings and estate agents in the county of Somerset
We write to you today as a current, existing or previous client of Stuarts Residential to give you some exciting news
After many months of hard work, we are now able to announce our expansion via acquisition into the historic city of Wells, Somerset.
Allen Residential have acquired one of the largest letting agencies in Somerset (Stuarts Residential) who are based in the city with two premises (a high street sales office and an administrative lettings hub) as they look to streamline and grow their business further into the Somerset and surrounding areas.
Whilst initially focusing on the existing residential & commercial rental portfolio we now have structure in place to deal with residential sales in the Wells, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury and surrounding areas.

Allen Residential was established in 2005 in the village of Paulton outlying to both Bath and Bristol to focus on the growing demand from clients wanting to exit the city and enjoy a more rural lifestyle
James comments "as time has passed the demand for a better quality of life has grown and thus our business has grown with it, the expansion into Wells seems a natural progression for our company whos ethos is that of rural and country living"
