ALLEN RESIDENTIAL WELLS TEAM :-
Stephen Davies Hale : Lettings Negotiator
Having come from a ‘never knowingly undersold’ retail background, Stephen enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service to all our clients.
This is especially important when it comes to helping landlords find the best tenants for their properties.
Stephen is currently working towards his Level 2 Diploma in residential letting and property management.
Originally from Wales, Stephen is a rugby fan and tried his best (unsuccessfully) to educate everyone in the office on why it is a far superior game to football.
Stephen has been with Allen Residential since February 2023.
Garry Haskins : Lettings Manager & Valuer
Garry is a wizard at valuing properties and is the first port of call for all landlords looking to let their empty properties!
Having spent many years working in customer service, Garry has a friendly, helpful and can do approach to all enquiries, regardless how tricky they seem!
Garry has recently completed his Level 2 Diploma in residential letting and property management and is now working towards completing his Level 3 Diploma.
Away from work you are likely to find Garry in a music shop, at a gig or playing football, when not playing football you can find Garry at the pub watching Liverpool FC.
Garry has working in the property industry since October 2021 and has been with Allen Residential since February 2022.
Tamsin Allen : Property Administrator
Tamsin has previously worked in an administration environment and also been involved with looking after tenants and landlords in London, so knows her ‘brass tacks’ when it comes to dealing with tenancies!
Keen to learn and get herself qualified, Tamsin is currently working towards her Level 2 Diploma in residential letting and property management.
Tamsin is a Spurs fan, much to Garry’s disgust, and whilst not working enjoys weekend trips camping away with her partner and dog called Poppy.
Tamsin has worked in the property industry since November 2021 and has been with Allen Residential since June 2023.
Lydia: Lettings Administrator
Lydia helps to ensure that the day-to-day lettings runs smoothly and efficiently.
Armed with her selection of pastel highlighters and meticulous systems she ensures that all landlord and tenant queries are dealt with promptly.
Spontaneous days out with her young family and a cosy night with a takeaway feature high on the list during her spare time.
Before discovering the joys of parenthood, she achieved her Level 2 Diploma in residential property letting and management and as of June 2023 has now completed her Level 3 Diploma (dipRPLM) in residential property letting and management.
Lydia has been with Allen Residential since September 2017.
Lois Bishop : Property Manager
There is not much that gets past Lois, so it is well known that she is the real boss based in our Wells Office at Allen Residential!
With exacting standards, an encyclopaedic knowledge of our landlords and tenants, Lois is responsible for the smooth running of our Property Management team. Most of all she thrives in dealing with the differing challenges each day brings.
When she is not resolving problems, you can find Lois out running at the gym or binge watching a good box set!
Having already achieved an Intermediate Level Diploma in Business Administration, Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management (dipRPLM), she is now beginning her studies towards a Level 4 Diploma in Property Letting and Management.
Lois has been with Allen Residential since June 2015.
Charlie Andrews - Lettings Negotiator
Charlie has previously worked at an independent estate agent with a keen interest in residential sales and lettings, he has over 10 years experience in residential lettings and 3 years heading up residential sales. He has achieved a Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and is currently studying for his Propertymark Level 3 Qualification in Property Agency Lettings. Both tenants and landlords have found him to be friendly and informative.
On his days off he enjoys looking for new places to visit and explore for walks, attempting to catch some fish at the beach, and watching the latest films at the cinema.
Elise Beauchamp : Lettings Administrator
Elise, otherwise known as the font of all knowledge has over 10 years’ experience within the Lettings Industry.
Elise is on hand to deal with all maintenance issues and ensures these are dealt with promptly.
When not spending adventurous days out with her young family, you can find Elise armed with a crochet needle preparing to make everyone in the office hats for the winter.
Elise has been with Allen Residential since November 2024.
ALLEN RESIDENTIAL PAULTON OFFICE :-
DAMIEN HAWKER
Damien has been in estate agency almost from leaving school, approaching 25 years in the industry and having worked for Allen Residential shortly after opening in 2005.
Now living back locally in High Littleton Damien has a vast knowledge of the local area and villages, including the Chew Valley and Somerset. His interests are driving, eating out, supporting Manchester United and spending time with his family.
As the branch manager of the Paulton office Damien is a well known figure in the local area with a proven track record of sales and customer service.
RACHEL PEARCE
Rachel joined our sales department in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of local knowledge and outstanding customer service skills that have translated superbly to estate agency.
As a competent negotiator, Rachel is also now managing our sales progression to ensure all sales are dealt with efficiently and so our clients are kept informed throughout the whole process from point of sale.
Rachel is kept busy looking after her young family, but in her spare time she does enjoy coastal breaks, prosecco, and eating out.
DANIELLE ANDREWS
Danielle joined Allen Residential in 2021 having worked for Michael Gould in Midsomer Norton for 15 years on both sales and lettings.
Danielle lives in Midsomer Norton, with a wide range of local contacts and friends in the area. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs, socialising and catching up with the weekly soaps.
Her role within the company is with our busy lettings department, where her experience and friendly approach to both tenants and landlords is invaluable to the company, when it comes to all rental aspects.
IMMI STEVENSON
Immi is our energetic sales negotiator, since joining Allen Residential in 2023 she has made rapid progress.
Having grown up in Midsomer Norton she knows the area well, with a background in retail and customer service.
Outside of work, Immi likes going on long walks, cooking and having a cosy night in with a takeaway.
CRAIG PERRY
Craig is the manager of our lettings department, joining Allen Residential in 2014, overseeing significant growth in the subsequent years.
Craig previously worked in Bath city centre for another busy lettings company, bringing his experience and enthusiasm to our firm.
Now residing in Brislington with his young family, Craig has the misfortune of supporting Leeds football club and a passion for cooking.
JESSICA AUSTIN
Jess has vast knowledge in the local property market having worked in the industry since 2003, previously working with Danielle for Michael Gould estate agents before the acquisition in 2021.
Jess works as a lettings negotiator assisting Craig and Danielle with her infectious enthusiasm for the job a real benefit to our team.
Jess resides in Paulton with her two children, enjoys long country walks with her family, attending the gym, a good book and a cup of tea.

James Allen is the founding director and owner of Allen Residential. James started in estate agency back in 1997 and after working for a couple of strong independent estate agencies he established Allen Residential in 2005 Keen to invest back into his team, James is dedicated to ensuring that each team member at Allen Residential is a key part of the business, emphasizing the importance of their contributions. His leadership style highlights the significance of a cohesive and dedicated team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The business has flourished in recent years, thanks to the staff's commitment to excellence and the implementation of effective systems. James' appreciation for his team’s hard work and dedication is evident, making Allen Residential a thriving and dynamic company.
Introducing our new operations manager Gemma Deacon Allen Residential are pleased to announce the appointment of their operations manager Gemma Deacon to the company. Gemma has over 15 years experience working within the industry and will oversee the day operations of the business as it continues to grow and re structure Gemma is the Operations Manager at Allen Residential and has always lived in the local area. With over 15 year’s experience in the property industry, Gemma has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Gemma previously worked for a Corporate agency, overseeing property management, lettings and the on boarding of new business for large Corporate clients and LPA Receivers. Gemma is dynamic and a progressive team leader with strong communication skills and a proven competency for relationship building and first rate customer relationships.
